Annemarie de Jong strengthens management team as new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

The charging infrastructure professionals at Service4Charger are significantly expanding their unique Germany-wide network. There are now 30 cities in which “S4C Mobile Heroes” are available as regional and trained contacts for the full-service provider – and the trend is rising rapidly. With Annemarie de Jong, the Berlin-based company is also gaining reinforcement for its management team as of February 1. As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), she will play a key role in the upcoming significant expansion of the Berlin-based scale-up’s business activities.

De Jong is a well-known face in the industry and has already gained extensive experience in both the technology and installation sectors at an international level. Most recently, she was Managing Director of Jumptech GmbH, before which she worked for the renowned companies Solar Monkey, Tesla and Sonnen. Among other things, the sustainability expert specializes in using digital solutions to make workflows more efficient and clearer – essential for a young company on an expansion course.

Exciting phase with innovative projects

Service4Charger reached an important milestone last year when a Series A financing round of ten million euros was concluded with investors bp Ventures and the Smart Energy Innovation Fund, the corporate venture arm of Energie 360°.

Since its foundation in December 2019, Service4Charger has grown steadily and is currently on a growth trajectory. Service4Charger employees have already installed and maintained 11,000 charging points across Germany since the company was founded. By mapping the entire value chain with permanently employed specialists, S4C guarantees processing with only one fixed contact person and thus enables very short response times. The number of “S4C Mobile Heroes” is set to double again in the coming weeks. The first project implementations in Austria and Switzerland are also planned for 2024.

De Jong will hold the strings in this rapidly growing network and link the ends together at the appropriate points. With her previous experience and her keen sense of strategic brand positioning, she is a strong support for Service4Charger as it takes the next steps in its expansion.

Ready for the next level together

“We are proud to have Annemarie de Jong as CCO and we warmly welcome her. Her extensive knowledge and experience will help us to take our 360-degree solution for charging infrastructure to the next level,” says Lucas Althammer, CEO of Service4Charger.

“Their commitment and expertise in the field of sustainable mobility in particular promise to be a valuable asset for Service4Charger. We are convinced that, with their help, we will continue to develop significantly, particularly in terms of customer focus and operational quality,” explains Althammer.
